Your guest books a room. Their child gets a mission.
Before they've even unpacked, a Christmas Cadet badge is waiting — pressed into a child's hand at check-in, or already resting on the turned-down bed like a gift from the North Pole itself. From that moment, they aren't just a hotel guest. They're a Christmas Cadet, and their assignment has begun.
From booking to bon voyage
Booking
The Christmas Cadet Experience is offered as a bookable add-on at reservation, like a spa package. Capturing the child's name at booking means their badge can be personalized before they ever arrive.
Arrival
Either the Cadet Kit is already waiting in-room — staged on the bed like a turndown gift, with a note from North Pole Command — or the child is "sworn in" at the front desk with a short ceremonial badge handoff: "Welcome, Cadet Emma. Your first assignment begins tonight."
The Stay
Each day, a tap of the badge unlocks a new Field Report from the North Pole — sleigh maintenance, reindeer checkups, workshop quality control. Nightly turndown can carry the same dispatch as a physical card on the pillow, alongside the chocolate.
Departure
A closing briefing on the last night gives the stay a real send-off — and a post-stay "Field Report" thank-you invites the family to reenlist next December.
Built to scale from a nice touch to a signature program
Commander's Badge
Offer a premium metal or enamel badge tier alongside the standard laminated badge — a keepsake-grade upsell for guests who want more.
Property-wide activation
Place NFC tap points at multiple spots across the resort — the lobby tree, the pool, the spa — so the whole property becomes part of the mission, not just the room.
A graduation moment
Close the stay with a certificate presentation on the final night — hosted by the GM, a costumed Santa, or your own holiday team.
Co-branded badge
Feature your property's own logo alongside Santa Tracking Co. on the badge itself — a program that feels custom to your resort, not off-the-shelf.
A signature menu moment
Tie the program into dining with a themed "Cadet's Cocoa" or kids'-menu item, presented with its own small "orders" card.
An amenity guests actually remember
A distinctive family amenity
Most holiday programming looks the same from property to property. The Christmas Cadet Program gives you something guests haven't seen before — and will photograph, post, and mention in reviews.
Turnkey to run
We handle the badge design, the daily content, and the program materials. Your team hands out a badge at check-in — that's the extent of the daily lift.
Solves your hardest age group
Children ages 2–12 are the toughest guests to keep entertained through a multi-day stay. A daily "mission" gives them something to look forward to that isn't a screen.
A reason to come back next year
Holiday traditions drive repeat bookings. A memorable Cadet experience this December is a reason to choose your property again next season.
